“We stand with you,” Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba tweeted about Tuesday’s school shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas.

In the tweet, Culeba wrote: “Terrible news from Uvalde, Texas. Our deepest sympathies to the victims and their families, and as a country that has also experienced the pain of losing innocent young lives, Ukraine shares the pain of our American friends.”

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky reportedly expressed his condolences via video on the 24th to the families of the victims of the Robb Elementary School shooting in Uvalde, Texas, and said that 21 people have been killed, including 19 children, and that it is terrible to be the victims of a shooting in peacetime.

Zelenski also wrote in a tweet, “Deeply saddened by the news of the murder of innocent children in Texas,” the report said. As previously reported, a shooting occurred at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, on May 24 local time. The death toll in the Robb Elementary School shooting rose to 21 – 19 children and two teachers – Tuesday night, a Fox News reporter said, citing the Texas Department of Public Safety. The gunman, an 18-year-old youth, is also dead.
